The story follows Faye Dayne, a former Hollywood actress living alone in the Hollywood Hills. She loses her vision completely following a botched laser eye surgery. As she struggles to adapt to her new life and cope with her lost career, she finds support from her friend Sophia and a mute personal trainer named Luke. However, she soon realizes a masked, obsessed stranger known as "Pretty Boy" has targeted her and moved into her environment, turning her life into a terrifying nightmare.
